Condition and warranties

Equipment offered by RH Equip, a DBA of RH LLC, is used equipment. Except for any statement expressly included in a written bill of sale signed by RH Equip, all equipment is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. RH Equip makes no express or implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our preparation process

RH Equip may acquire, repair, service, inspect, and operate equipment in its own manufacturing operation before offering it for sale. That work and use help us assess the equipment, but do not create a warranty, guarantee, or promise that equipment will perform for a buyer’s particular application.

Buyer inspection

Buyers are encouraged to inspect equipment personally or through an independent representative before purchase. Buyers are responsible for confirming the equipment’s condition, specifications, compatibility, capacity, dimensions, and suitability for their intended use.

Listing information

Listing descriptions, specifications, photographs, hours, mileage, and condition notes are provided for convenience and are believed to be accurate, but should be independently verified by the buyer. A signed bill of sale governs the final terms of an equipment purchase.
